SIPOC (suppliers, inputs, process, outputs, customers) diagram is a high level process map for documenting an entire industry or business used in the Six Sigma methodology (Rasmusson, 2006).It is a visual tool to help the team to identify the relevant elements of a complex project before work begins (Yeung, 2009).
