Start on problem definition

 

During the meeting:

• each member list and brief explain problems could rise in their future scenario

• discussed and compare the importance and relevance of each problems 

• update and improve team gantt chart

 

Homework:

• each member clear define the main problem in their reach area

• Present three solutions for discussion

• keep editing the website

We met up to create a Gantt Chart for the portfolio meeting in Week 10:

20th September, 2016

In this meeting we updated each other about:

- if the area of research is a possible option to generate solutions
- Areas we can focus to generate solutions which are:

a. zero waste in lamb processing industry

b. Biofuel

c. expanding market area

21th September, 2016

We met up and discussed with Tony. The following are the topic discussed:

 

We will be focusing on Omega 3 in lamb fats.
There will be 4 main areas about it we can focus on for our individual idea generation and report.
1. Extraction
2. Packaging
3. Distribution

4. Carrier of Omega 3

Therefore, we decided to change our focus in our research as shown above instead of the details discussed on Tuesday (20th September).
